Terms of Service

Welcome to ALIEASE INC. (“ALIEASE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ALIEASE’s artificial intelligence software-as-a-service (“AI SaaS”), customization services, and AI strategy consulting (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Company Information

ALIEASE INC. is a sole proprietorship operating out of New York, United States.

2. Services Overview

ALIEASE provides two primary categories of services:

(a) AI SaaS Solutions

Bespoke automation systems designed for real estate professionals and other industries. Each system includes:

• A one-time Customization Fee, determined per project.

• A Monthly Subscription Fee, billed automatically.

• Optional add-on modules, integrations, and support tiers.

(b) AI Strategy Consulting

One-on-one and group advisory sessions focused on AI strategy, process automation, and business optimization.

• $250 per 30-minute session

• $500 per hour

Consulting services are billed in advance and delivered via video, in person, or on-site, as specified at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full prior to the start of customization or consulting.

• SaaS customization and monthly subscriptions are payable via ALIEASE’s approved payment gateway.

• Consulting sessions are prepaid at the time of scheduling.

• All fees are non-refundable.

ALIEASE reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any unpaid or late invoices.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly SaaS subscription at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@aliease.com.

• Upon cancellation, access to the licensed AI systems will terminate after the notice period.

• All customization fees are non-refundable, as they represent one-time development work specific to the client.

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All AI systems, workflows, automations, voice models, scripts, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ALIEASE INC.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use their customized AI systems during an active subscription.

• Clients may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or claim ownership of any ALIEASE technologies or methodologies.

• Upon termination of the subscription, the license to use all ALIEASE systems and associated assets immediately expires.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Use ALIEASE systems in full compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.

• Ensure all contacts uploaded to AI systems have provided express written consent before being contacted.

• Provide accurate information during onboarding, configuration, and usage.

ALIEASE is not responsible for client misuse, unlawful communication practices, or non-compliant data handling.

7. AI System Limitations & Disclaimers

The ALIEASE AI systems are tools for business process automation and communication enhancement. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or real estate advice.

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, ALIEASE does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific financial outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ALIEASE INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our Services.

• Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Clients acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and that human review remains essential for all business-critical decisions.

9. Termination

ALIEASE may terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, all active licenses and access rights will cease immediately.

10. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Both ALIEASE and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement.
ALIEASE employs reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client data but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Modifications to Terms

ALIEASE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

By using ALIEASE systems or consulting services, you acknowledge and agree that:
